Jiangsu Younger Food Co., Ltd Funded by a group of Singaporean investors in 1995 through Younger Food (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Jiangsu Younger Food Co., Ltd began its operations in Yangzhou, China. Jiangsu Younger Food Co., Ltd was established to operate a modern food factory in Yangzhou, China.

The first product to come out of Younger Food's factories is the Traditional Barbeque Barbecue Meat Jerky (known as Bah Kwa to many Singaporeans), including pork, beef and chicken jerky. Exported to Singapore, the Bah Kwa is then distributed to various retailers, and thus sold under various brands. Jiangsu Younger also exports meat floss (Pork, Chicken and Beef), as well as Satay (Pork, Chicken and Beef). Jiangsu Younger is one of the very few companies in China that possess a license to export Frozen Meat products into Singapore. We were also one of the first few companies to introduce Chicken and Beef Bah Kwa and Spicy Bah Kwa into the market.

Today, Younger Foods exports more than 80 tons of Bah Kwa to Singapore during the Chinese New Year season every year. At Younger, we believe in striving to be the best in the market, so that our distributors can provide the best products to their customers.

Yangzhou Yangyang Frozen Food Co., Ltd In 1997, Yangzhou Yangyang Frozen Food Co. Ltd began life as a company producing traditional Chinese delicacies for export to Singapore. Our first products were frozen Baos and Dim Sums.

Many retailers and distributors from other countries have since approached us as their Outsourced Manufacturer of Choice. Some have even offered to outsourced their entire production function to us. Our carefully planned production facilities and strict hygiene and quality standards also mean that Yangzhou Yangyang possesses the license to export frozen meat products to Japanese and Singapore markets. We now also produce a variety of Japanese foods to export to Japan.

In 2004, Yangzhou Yangyang also introduced our own brand of Baos and Dim Sums on to the global market (“Yangzhou Delicacies”).
